Any refunds against the bill paid online will be subject to VGL refund and cancellation Policy .Refund or reversal against any duplicate bill paid online by consumer will be refunded or adjusted in next billing cycle at the discretion of VGL. VGL held all rights for modifying and taking bill related decision under the Memorandum of VGL.
